CITY WIDE SERVICES

I called City Wide on a weekend due to my toilets being stopped up and un-useable. With being a family of 8 there was no way we could go very long with out one of them working. The tech arrived with in the hour of the call and was able to fix my issue quickly. The McDonald's angry bird toy that was flushed down one toilet and the race car and fire truck that was flushed down the other were removed. The City Wide tech was courtesy, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing as he was going along. I would like to thank the tech that came out as he did a great job. I will use City Wide Services again and will also recommend them to anyone!

Arrived right on time and immediately recognized the problem, even though I thought it was something else. He replaced an electrical outlet, checked out the electrical panel and then proceeded to make sure my TV was working properly. Meanwhile another employee was replacing a broken ceiling fan in a bedroom. Because two people were sent, my hourly costs were minimized, which I certainly appreciated!

I haven't questioned their prices because they have always been fair and equitable. One time I had a question about their price and their billing they made good on it immediately not only that the people who did what I thought was unfair was let go. What I like about this company was firstly the company was owned by a former neighbor so there was a reliability filled in. secondly they were trust worthy licensed and monitored. They had separate plumbing and electrical divisions. I thought the billing was handled properly and fairly and their response was so prompt. I would not recommend them for central air but plumbing and electrical they're very good.

They're honest and their goal is not necessarily to sell you a brand new unit. They work with the customer to help the customer get their needs within their budget. They've been fantastic. They came out once to fix my A/C unit for $100 and I got another year's worth of use out of it. All he replaced was one piece. It's hard to find an honest guy like that.

I have used this company for a number of years now for both electrical and plumbing needs and they have never let me down. When ever I call the send me someone right away. This time it was to have the water line from the street to the house replaced. The lady on the phone was very friendly, as usual, and we set up a time that would be good for me. I got the plumber I requested and he and his helpers came exactly when they said they would and did the job to perfection. The workers are always polite and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants fast reliable service.

Lied about how smoke detectors have to be hardwired together! Not going to trust you to do work on my house if you can't tell me the truth and are simply trying to fleece me out of some money.

Noticed water coming up in my front lawn.The city said it was on my side of the meter.City Wide Services responded quickly and repaired the pipe at a resonable cost.
Over 15 years, City Wide Services has done several plumbing repair projects for me.They are one of the contractors which I would use again and recommend to my friends.

I arrived home on Monday evening to the sizzling sound from the panel box.  City Wide Services provided affordable immediate services to evaluate the problem and recommended repairs.  The repairs were done the next day.  Excellent service!

He was very short with concerned to his comments. I felt like he didn't want to deal with me too much so I rejected him off because even I didn't want to deal with him. He was on time.

I have been using only about half of the sockets in my apartment for over a year , because they would not hold plugs without them falling out! When I called City WIde Service , they were very happy to tell me that it was a very common issue and that they could have an electrician come by that afternoon . I scheduled my appointment and their electrician was there within an hour ! Willie was one of the most pleasant people that I have dealt with ( in the service industry ) in quite som time . Very refreshing He listened to what I needed and got right to work . While he was working , he noticed that I was using a floor fan to cool the living room and suggested that I could actually pout in a ceiling fan and a light for a very reasonable price and that he could do that while he was there also. I hadnt thought of this , because I was afraid of the cost to have a professional come out ) He advised me of my options , not only the cheapest but the better quality ... and continued to replace my sockets. I decided to have him do the fan /light while he was there. I am very happy with the choice , I am very glad that I called City Wide Service and I paid exactly what the electrician told me it would cost .. no extras, no added fees etc... Thanks to Willie , to City WIde Service for such a wonderful job and I even joined Angies list so that I could let them and others know that this is the company I will be using and recommending for electrical work in the future . GREAT JOB , GREAT COMPANY .
