Christine helped us beginning in April. We went through dozens of listings. She was so paitent and very honest with every house. We finally found a great house just before I left to go out of town for a few months. It was a short sale, so we knew we had to wait to hear from them. We had no idea how long we would have to wait. After almost three months I was back in town but there was a new set of problems. We found out the house had the pipes stolen. So we had a complicated time getting the house liveable before we closed. In the meantime I was trying to get ready for my destination wedding. While I was running all over town for dress alterations, bridesmaids gifts and a million other things, Christine was sitting at the new (un-air-conditioned) house supervising a parade of workmen. She was truly fantastic and we could not have done it without her help. She is a great agent. But, beware, she is perky.

Overall, our experience was great. We met Christine at an open house several years ago and held onto her card for when we were ready to sell. We got a great price for our house, which is a relief in this market. She gave us great advice. She even took our dog on walks while the house was being shown and we had to be at work. She returns calls and emails promptly. Chrsitine Adsit is a great agent!
