Excellent service!  Chris efficiently removed the broken valve, installed a new exterior faucet, and then installed a secondary shutoff valve under the house so that there won't be any water in the faucet to freeze during the next cold snap. I will definitely be calling Chris Hales Plumbing again should I need any other plumbing work done. 

Showed up on time, performed work quickly and efficiently, was pleasant to work with.  Would hire again.

He is very very good and has been to our home many times. He is extremely talented, friendly, and does his job right. I would highly recommend him.

Chris was easy to work with and did fantastic work. We needed all new plumbing underneath the house and he did it quickly with a fair price. We later thought we had another problem after Chris had finished and he came out within the hour to check it out and did not charge us for the visit. Highly recommend!

First job: I met Chris at the home location to provide him a key. He arrived on time. The home was and quot;newly renovatedand quot;. In process of running the water supply line for the ice maker, Chris noted that a section of the water supply line from the city connection had not be updated during the renovation. The supply line from the city connectiion the the concrete porch was upgraded and all the lines under the house. But the section going through the porch was not. Chris provided a reasonable price and solution to upgrade this section of line. When the washer/dryer was delivered we found the closet was just deep enough to hold the phyiscal unit, but not the dryer vent. So we had to stack the washer and dryer. Chris had to reconfigure the clothes washer overflow basin as it wasn't in the correct position for stacking. He quickly responded to this request
Second Job: When the washer and dryer was installed, the company did not install the dryer vent correctly. In fact it was a very substandard install. They had a 4 inch diameter vent fitting and quot;intoand quot; a 4 inch diameter vent. Other sections we not even connected. I called Chris in the morning and he made arrangements to be at the home within 4 hours even though he was a man short on the job.
He worked for an hour checking and adapting the vent pieces to connect firmly and securely.

He is a good Christian guy he goes to my church. As far as I am concerned he is A number 1. He is polite and gets what needs to be done.

Too many to list but all have the same result. Comes out looks at the problem gives me a fair estimate and does a quality job.

I love him. He is busy, but awesome. He is the best. The price was awesome, and very fair. The quality was very good.
