CENTURY ROOFING

It went well initially, the workers were very friendly, and very nice. They gave me the boss's  number to speak with him regarding pricing. He seemed very kind the first time. I wanted to think about it a little more to adjust that price.  The next time I talked to him, he seemed busy and preoccupied. When he called, if he called, it was very hard to get appointment scheduled. It was like he didn’t care to have my business at all and I decided not use them.

The men showed up on time. It only took them two days to tear off the old roof and replace it. The shingles were of high quality and I was impressed on what a fantastic job they did. The clean up was very good. Home Depot estimated this job at $10,000, and this company did it for $5600. I felt that was a very good price.

I am completely disappointed with Century. At first everything seemed to go well, but after a short time, I realized there was a substantial leak under the new section. I called them, and they came over to repair it. It has been a year now, and they have been back here five times. The roof still leaks and they have refused to make anymore trips. The warranty on the roof is for five years, not five days.
