 + -1 moreI called Cardinal TV and Audio Services seeking help in repairing my Sony 60" TV. I spoke with Mike and after explaining to him my problem, he told me he would call right back--- and he did. He then spent a great deal of time with me which consisted of educating me regarding the technicalities of my model and how I should resolve the matter. He was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and walked me through the proper resolution. I was amazed at his obvious dedication to his craft and his willingness to impart to me his learning so that I could personally complete the matter. If you think this type of dedication and altruism no longer exists in these United States, you should seek at Cardinal TV and Audio Services, and you shall find as I did.

 + -1 moreIt was such a good customer service/ re[air situation that there leaves little to describe. He diagnosed correctly and quickly and was able to remove the large LCD from our wall to his truck without assistance. His demeanor was professional and informative, yet friendly. He returned quickly as stated above with his partner and replaced the TV on the wall. They demonstrated that the TV was working properly before leaving. While the TV was still under contract for this repair, I would definitely use this company for any future repairs on any of our televisions or audio equipment.
Description of Work: Technician (John) promptly diagnosed problem with 48"LCD Samsung flat screen which had neither picture or sound. Took TV to his workplace to replace parts and returned working TV to our home in less than two hours.
