John Shumate is the technician that has been sent for the last several years. He is very likeable, and usually will talk with me for a few minutes before beginning work. I thought the heating element would have to be replaced, but John always tries to find a less expensive way to do things. The appliances he has repaired do not break again. I am glad he is the one who does all my repair work.

The people over there treated me very well and best of all got the problem taken care of. It didn t take long for them to identify what was wrong, and they told me what it cost and what had to be done. It was also pretty simple to get one of their repair guys out here. They provided an all around convenient and excellent service and I can't say enough about how nice they people were there.
