We had some serious problems with our contractor. Our salesman from Batchelder intervened - in helping us to get it finally resolved. Could only wish that when we related who our contractor was going to be they had given us a heads up. This job was the reason we joined Angie's list.
The end result is lovely. The pavers are very nice and it is such as improvement to our home. Everyone we had contact with from the company was courteous and knowledgeable. People came when they were scheduled and returned all calls promptly.
The brick is not good, Our contractor told us it was the brick Batchelder recommended. they told us it was the contractor taking short cuts. I believe it was the contractor, but just left a bad feeling.

This is an excellent company. Even though I am a small time customer compared to their average customers-builders, construction cos, landscapers, etc., they were very helpful. They answered all my questions and taught me how to do the work. I never felt like I was a bother or not a important enough customer. I have been back there several times for extra materials and they are always helpful and respectful and courteous. Their prices are comparable, if not lower than, the big box stores. I highly recommend this company.

I've used Batchelder and Collins the past two or two times. Their excellent and were so skilled. The job they did looked so good. They were extremely hard workers who actually took pride in what they did. They cleaned up everything.
