They had a very thorough drying-out process that took about a week. They stayed on top of it, it just happens to be a lengthy process. I thought they were a great company to work with. If you have a need like this, I would give them a call. They treat people very well.
Description of Work: They did all the water extraction of the old carpet in our basement after some flooding we had.
