AMERICAN LOCK AND KEY

I had some work done on my front door and the front handle and cylinder was replaced. That left me with 3 keys for the house - a front entrance key, all other external entrances and interior doors. I called American Lock and Key in the morning and asked when they could be out. They had an opening in the afternoon at 1 pm. I asked that they call beforehand so that I would be sure to be home. They called promptly at 12:45 stating they would be about 5 minutes early. 2 Locksmiths arrived at 12:55 and after my quick explanation and walk through the house, they promptly separated and got to work accomplishing the task twice as fast as had they worked together. In less than 40 minutes they were complete, re-keyed and sufficient keys made. We then walked around the house and ensured that all keys worked in all locks - exact matches in every case. In less than 55 minutes the entire task was complete and more importantly, I knew and they knew it was done to my satisfaction. The entire cost was less than the cost of the three matched cylinders from the local hardware store.
