Absolute Kitchen and Bath

We ordered new white cabinets for kitchen and bathroom. Three times the cabinets came in at the wrong sizes. The cabinets that were finally installed had gashes and dents in them, and they were obscured by white paint which was very visible at different angles. Once we paid, the owner, Jennifer, refused to correct anything, even after I offered to pay for a new door that has a large gash on it. The bathroom drawers were installed on crooked tracks, so the drawers are misaligned and unevenly spaced. Jennifer will not answer calls and emails

Jennifer from Absolute Kitchen and Bath worked with us to remodel out bathroom within our budget.  She provided great suggestions based on our current bathroom layout and helped us pick out all of the materials for the remodel within our price point.  Her workers were punctual and if we had any issues with their work they came and fixed it right away.  I would highly recommend Absolute Kitchen and Bath for a kitchen or bathroom remodel.

It was a bad experience. The man they sent out never finished it. We held out part of his pay and tried to get him to come back and he wouldn’t. They gave me a number to call someone else. When we made the deal with them, we understood that they would do the whole thing. I have to get someone else to do it. They are known to be expensive and they are high but we didn't compare their prices.

They subcontracted a lot of work like plumbing, tiling and so on. The guy who did the granite work did a marvelous job. He brought in three different people to do the tile work before he found the one that was satisfactory. He was a difficult man to work with, but he did a good job. Once the job was completed, we noticed a leak in the hallway when we used the shower. Somebody had pierced the plumbing with a nail. They came out again in a weekend and got it fixed satisfactorily. It was expensive, but it was a marvelous work. The results were outstanding.
