I thought the pricing was reasonable. I actually did get three quotes and his was the best one. I drove the cost because I changed the design twice with having to go for the permits and the additional materials. I'd refer him in a heartbeat.

The quality of all the work was excellent. He started and competed all the work, on schedule with no surprises. The screened porch job was by far the largest. I wanted an A-frame design, but was going to have him do a simpler shed type roof to keep the cost down. Tim offered to give me an estimate for both and in the end, the cost of what I really wanted was only $300 more. All of his suggestions, which were included n his design, were excellent and made it a quality addition to the house. One nice touch that I didn't discover until later was that I had him wire the room for two lights and a ceiling fan. Instead of using conventional exectrical boxes for the two ceiling lights, he had the electrician use boxes that could be used for lights or ceiling fans. Because of this, I later was able to easily install 3 ceiling fans, which was much better for a 34 foot wide porch. I recommend him highly!
