They did a phenomenal job! It was exactly what I wanted and it came out beautifully. I get a lot of complements on how beautiful kitchen. They did beautiful cabinetry and tile work. They used a gorgeous one of a kind granite. It was really a great job! Jose, the owner, is very concerned about you getting what you want and being satisfied at a good price.

Their services were excellent. Jose did a great job and went extra mile. Jose really knew what he was talking about. We thought that they did a good job. I'm a realtor and I've recommended them already to some of my clients.

At first we were very happy. But soon after the shower started leaking. He sent his crew out once to fix it, but the problem remained and he wouldn't come back or even return phone calls. This year our roof is leaking around the skylights and again he won't return phone calls. Very unprofessional that he wouldn't even come look at what happened. I will update this review if he shows up.

Above Expectations. Jose Rubio and his crew (S-Unlimited) provided skillful and thorough construction of a room addition to my town home. Using a roughly drawn plan, his team, in three short weeks, completed the project. Jose has gathered a myriad of skillful craftsmen he can call on in the framing, drywall, roofing, electrical, and painting trades. Changes requested as work progressed were approved, without a flurry of change orders to the contract. The employees and subs were courteous, pleasant, and hard working. I chose S-Unlimted as a local (to Manassas) company, and was rewarded with satisfaction that exceeded my expectations.

The remodel did not go as well as the last project we had S-Unlimited LLC do. Several things that were in the written contract were not completed as stated.
As stated in contract:
-The master closet was to be re-carpeted but instead it was patched together (which would have been ok if it was done correctly and looked nice)
-The existing $400+ mirror was to be reused and reinstalled by contractor but because of the location of an electrical outlet it was too wide and not reinstalled (the mirror was 40" tall by 71" wide and the space was only 68" wide; we had to take to Circle Glass in Fairfax, VA and they cut 4" off of the mirror for $5, an expense the contractor could have easily taken care of but instead we had to)
-The trash and construction debris was to be removed from site and area left broom swept (we had to haul away all the debris and dispose of it ourselves)
-We asked for a heated tile floor in the bathroom and it was in the contract to do so; luckily we were paying attention and we were only going to get a portion of the floor heated (6' and the bathroom is nearly 12' long). We discovered this on a Friday afternoon when the tile guy was to tile the floor the next day. We went to Home Depot and bought a 10' heated floor mat and installed it ourselves. This was after we called S-Unlimited and expressed our concerns regarding the 6' mat. We were told that anything longer then 6' was special order at Home Depot but when we went there (and also looked online) 4', 6', 8' and 10' mats were all on display next to each other.
The office manager was always quick to respond to questions we had during the project but it seemed that more often then not we were told that someone would be showing up to do some work at a specific time and no one would show.

Bathroom 1: Replaced entire shower, vanity, and vanity top/basin/faucets. Added grab bars. Painted bathroom walls. Work went according to schedule and within cost. Used quality name-brand faucets and shower head/valve. Contractor crew was very careful handling mess created by removing old shower. Contractor removed all refuse.
Bathroom 2: Replaced vanity and vanity top/basins/faucets. Minor delay associated with getting back splash graniite
Exterior door: Replaced garage side door. This was a one-day job expertly done. With the new door the unheated garage temperature does not fall below freezing with outside temperatures in the low teens..

They worked quite efficiently and got the work done in a timely manner. We are very happy with the finished product, minus a few small details, the largest being that the concrete floor of the garage has some imperfections. The addition is a great match to the look of our existing house. The electrician and drywall guy did excellent work. Maria in the office was very responsive and Jose was on the jobsite almost every day that the crew was working. Their price was unbeatable. We plan on using them for future projects and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Project was perfect.  No problems at all.  Even made changes mid-project and S Unlimited had no problems completing.  Completed on time and on budget!!!!!
