Work on tear out and shower was done in a week. Neat, professional, helpful. Good clean up. My husband & I are both impressed with Kevin & crew. We highly recommend them.

We hired Ramcom to do a complete remodel of our master bath. We had gotten a recommendation for them from a friend who had used them for several projects. We always feel personal recommendations the best gauge of the quality of a company.
As we were preparing for the project to begin, Kevin, the owner, was always available to answer my questions on possible configurations in the bathroom, and double checking my measurements, and helping me with the amounts of each tile needed. He made several visits to the house just to measure for different items I was considering using.
Kevin and Joe worked here for 17 days, completely gutting the bathroom, enlarging the shower, changing the whirlpool tub to a clawfoot tub, changing doorways, new drywall, laying tile, new cabinets, new commode, and all new lighting, which included wiring for new can lights over the vanities .
The tile work is beautiful. Kevin takes pride in doing it just right, and not taking shortcuts. His precision on the angled cuts looks great. We had 2 wall mirrors installed and he tiled around the mirrors too, making the look complete.
Kevin and Joe were always on time, always informing me if there would be any change in their working schedules. They were great about covering my carpet in their pathways, and cleaning it all up each night.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely use Ramcom for future projects.

My renovation project began after mold was discovered in the Master Bathroom. I had a mold remediation company remove everything down to the studs and subfloor. I contacted Kevin Yarbough (Owner of RamCom LLC) after a neighbor recommended him. I had already had 3 other contractors out and received quotes ranging from $6,000-$30,000. I choose to go with Kevin because his communication was superb. We began discussions on 07/03/2012 and spent the next 7 weeks conversing via email and by phone to iron out the details. He spent a great deal of time going over the layout and design of the bathroom. I could not decide how large to make the shower and where to put the claw foot tub I wanted. He came over and drew it out on the sub-floor to help me visualize my bathroom. They began work 08/27/2012 after I had ordered all of the necessary fixtures. What I absolutely loved about working with Kevin was his attention to detail and ability to aid me in design decisions. When I had concerns he would discuss the different options with me and how much they would affect the total
cost of the project. They worked diligently until the project was completed 09/21/2012. The remodel took a little longer
than expected due to the shower plumbing that was changed. We had them change the single shower head to 4 body jets, a rain shower head out of the ceiling and a hand held shower head. We also had two niches put in and a bench seat. The plumbing for our tub had to be moved as well to the new location of our claw foot tub. They installed a new double vanity, faucets, and fixtures. We added three small dimmable lights and they replaced the existing light fixtures as well as the electrical outlets. They made a full wall in the bathroom into a half wall, did all of the drywall/concrete board and painted the bathroom. We also had a rather detailed tile job on the floor and walls of the bathroom. Kevin and Joe showed up on time, respected my home and always cleaned up before they left. I have worked with many contractors over the years and Kevin is by far the best. I particularly liked the fact that I paid them for labor only and was able to order my own fixtures. Whenever I am in need of any remodeling in the future Kevin will be my first and last call.
