Scott, the owner of Poe, arrived with 2 of his technicians promptly. They worked diligently from 7:30AM until 12:30PM and were very pleasant. The process they used to remove the scratches was a new one and it worked beautifully. They were very thorough. They needed to move some of the furniture in my house to work on some of the windows and were very careful with my belongings. They also covered the floors with a drop cloth to catch the falling dust. Poe Porcelain's main business is refinishing of any type of bathroom fixtures. Resurfacing scratched windows is a new service they offer. They went above and beyond what was required and I would definitely hire them again if the need arose.
