I got the reference from a mom on my daughter?s softball team. It was 6:30 in the evening (I had just found out about the AC problem and of course it?s smoking hot outside). I called around 8pm and they said they have someone by 7am. At 6:45 am they were there and a half our later the issue was diagnosed: capacitor. The tech (very professional) switched it out,
checked the rest of the system and made some recommendations. He was there an hour tops. I know the part doesn?t cost that much, given the tight situation we were in, I feel the cost was fair (could have been a lot worse).

LPR has been servicing my h/vac system since 2005. I have a service contract with them (they come twice a year for heating in fall and A/C in spring) They are pleasant, knowlegeable, and prompt. I have not made price comparisons, but they helped me out when my utility room flooded...and that good will goes a long way.
