I have used LPR in the past and very much appreciate their responsiveness. Yes, they do cost a bit more, but the company is small, well-managed and very easy to contact. The service is catered to your needs and the owner always takes the time to walk through available options without pressure to take one option over another. I have never had to wait for more than a day to get a response to an inquiry. It's a family run business and the way they handle clients shows such. They are very organized, polite and professional. The additional cost is well worth the money for the piece of mind in the work they perform. Both the estimate and the service were done exactly on the time indicated.

We've used LPR for many years. They replaced our our entire HVAC system six or seven years ago, and we've had service contracts with them ever since (the semi-annual checks are included in the service contract). Everything continues to work great! Highly recommended!

Pretty good job overall. Price was a little high and sometimes it was difficult to contact Jennifer but the quality of work seems good.

They were responsive and punctual. They did the work relatively quickly but they were overpriced.

Our technician is Lee. He is excellent. Knowlegeable and professional. He gives us a check list of everything he has inspected and he goes over everything with me. He checks and replaces our humidifier pad and gives advice about what kinds of furnace filters to use. He also dated our heating system so that we'll know when it might start to give us trouble. I did notice that the charge for our maintenace contract with LPR went up $20 over the cost of last year's service renewal price. It was $169 and it went up to $189. The humidifier check is $49 extra. Duct cleaning with this company is $395 for all vents.
