Poor performance following the design phase. Execution was slow, the major portion of the project should have been done in 6 weeks and it took multiple phone calls and more than 6 months to reach the point we could say the project was done minus the punch list. Two years later the punch list and permits are still not cleared. Fundamental errors at the beginning of the project resulted in major deviations from the plan (ex. the deck is 2 ft above the dining room floor level so we could not install doors from the dining room to the deck). Cheap materials were used throughout the project.
