During the initial install, I wasn't pleased and asked them to come and fix the problem ( the patio was lopsided). However, the problem still wasn't fixed after they "so called" repaired the problem. I kept calling numerous times and was told they were very busy as this was their busy season. However, they promised to come. They then told me they would come in the spring because of the weather; however, when spring came around, they said it was too late because my warranty had expired. They wouldn't tell me this over the phone; the manager sent me a letter saying it was too late. I had been trying to contact them during the warranty period but they never came out to repair the patio; they just kept delaying. It appeared they kept putting me off until the warranty expired. The patio looks awful as some of the bricks are loose, the border is half in the ground and half out; and the patio is warped. Do not use this company. They're awful.

All the jobs they have performed for us (and there have been man of them over the years) have gone very well and we have been very happy with their performance.  The estimates they provided us ahead of time were very consistent with the final price of the jobs. If we had work to do for any kind of landscaping or even general lawn maintenance, we would call this company with no hesitation.
I would recommend this company to my closest friends and  family!  They are reliable, honest, creative, and practical! 

Don't use this compamny if you want customer service after the work, because you won't get it.  90% of the winter pancies they planted in September of 2011 died over the late fall/spring.  I noticed that the root balls were showing like the plants were not planted in the ground, but in the mulch.  Chip's refused to come out and look at the damage.  They made excuses as to what may have killed all the plants like the "weather", even though it has been mild and we have adequate rain. They said animals may have uprooted them.  I have been a loyal customer since 2004 and expected to be treated better than I was.  I deserved better customer service, but got none.  Two things really bothered me - that would not come out to inspect ther damage and the way I was badly treated as a loyal customer.  All I want is for them to come out and replace the pancies that died, that's all.  But, they refused.
