Handyman Service
Once they start it's a marathon. They work fast. You do however need to pay attention as sometimes they will make small changes which they deem and quot;betterand quot;, but may not be what you had in mind. Grant you, they are often right....but if you're on site, it would be nice to be consulted. Final clean-up can sometimes be insufficient, but otherwise good work at fair price.

We purchased a home with a rehab loan and B and R did all the inside contracting work. The overall loan process was exhausting, but well worth it. Band R Contracting did a great job. They came in on estimate and kept us informed through the whole process. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
