We have used them for 15 years. They have always done what they said they would and have not had to come back to re-do any work for us. It took 3 hours the last time they did work for us. The techs have been very knowledgeable.

They came out to fix a leaking water line under the dirt outside. I had already dug the hole, cleared out the water, and identified the leak. They found the leaky collar and replaced it with some shark bite collar. In all, they were at my house for 30 minutes. They charged me $250. I was incredulous. I talked to the owner and talked him down to $195. He is a very nice man, and they do excellent work, but the price is way too high. The owner said they didn't have an hourly charge, but rather charged by the job. I just can't understand how, with minimal work needed, they could charge that much. I won't use them again due to the cost. How much more would it be for a more intensive job?fix

Arrived on time to unclog the drain in our laundry room. Very pleasant and worked quickly. Didn't hesitate to accommodate my request to also repair a leaky pipe after they finished snaking the laundry drain.

Prompt and professional service. The company notified me when they would be at my location and they were on time. It took just over 2 hours to do the job and they took all packaging and other trash with them. The old toilets were being donated to Habitat for Humanity and the workmen helped me position the items for pick-up. The final price was exact to the estimate. These men were professionals. I would use the company again without hesitation.
