Carpet Cleaning
They ruined my oriental rug, because the color was all faded out and there was a big spot on it. The spot wasn't on there before. This was a pretty new rug and they did a horrible job. I told them about it, but they just didn't care and didn't offer to do anything about it. I got tired of arguing with them and decided to forget about it.
