Here at TURZAC Realty we love real estate. We love new homes and we love old homes. We love fixer uppers and we love show homes. We love country homes and we love city homes. But more than homes we love helping people. Over the years the real estate market has changed drastically. And then it changed some more. At TURZAC Realty we work hard to stay on top of the current trends and market conditions so we can better serve those people we love helping. TURZAC Realty is home to a all kinds of real estate agents. We have agents who grew up in Hampton Roads and we have agents who were transferred here because of the military. We have real estate agents who specialize in certain areas of town and some who specialize in helping our folks in uniform. Even with the variety of differences, our agents share one unifying commonality – we take very seriously the task of helping our clients buy or sell their home. And we love working hard and creatively toward that end. Our office is not made up of a bunch of independent agents who never talk or help each other. As first time home buyers, all experiences were new and sometimes overwhelming.  The Turzac team was there every step of the way.  We were not able to see the area before moving there, and everyone from Turzac made us feel comfortable enough to buy our home sight-unseen.  We bought a home in a new subdivision and got to "see" it being built from the ground up through all the detailed pictures that Jake Hughes would send us routinely.  My husband and I felt so fortunate to be able to call Jake from Turzac anytime with questions or concerns.  Jake was extremely good and responding in a timely manner and made many of our dreams a reality.  We even had a hiccup with our loan that was unexpected, and Turzac stood by us and gave us time to work things out.  Their lender, Dawn, at Atlantic Bay Mortgage was wonderful in helping us get our loan and into our new home. Now that we are in our home, we love it.  The few little things we have had them come fix from the initial walk-through were very minor, but their quality control person, Ian, has been wonderful and very thorough. I tell everyone I know looking at homes, what an awesome family company Turzac is and recommend them highly!
