As for the front railings, they found pretty significant damage. They had to pretty much rebuild the railings from scratch. They did the work and it looks awesome. They did a great job of matching the paint as well.
He also found a bad seal on one of my bathroom vent exhaust pipes on the roof and replaced it prior to any significant water damage.
They arrived on-time both days and finished up early. I have seen them in the neighborhood before and will hire them to pressure wash and clean the gutters on my home before I put it on the market.
