We have been using Tidewater Pest Services for a while. They are easy to schedule an appointment with. They don't usually call before they call but that is not a concern for us.

House did not have termites, but had old termite damage in shed and door kickplate. Adam inspected and his guys treated a few days later. My mother in law and father in law had been paying another company to take care of the house for years. Adam explained that the other company had NEVER treated the house to prevent termites, but had only had a bond (ie insurance policy) that promised to fix anything if they had had termite damage. The other company had just and quot;inspectedand quot; the house for years and charged for that. However, they had never found the damage in the shed or the kickplate, so I dont' know what they were inspecting.
Treatment was $600 to drill the holes and actually treat. In the future it will not be as expensive to inspect and/or treat since they have the holes now.
TPS treats our house as well and I feel that they are very honest and fair. I would trust them long before anyone else.
