TIDEWATER CARPET

Mr. Saunders and Tidewater Carpet & Upholstry Cleaning service is awesome. They are affordable, on time, and clean in a nice timely manner. I had spills that stained my light tan wall to wall carpet throughout my home....lets be honest with children its not possible to not have any spills/spots, but Tim removed every one including red punch that I thought would never come out!!!! I have used other companys in the past along with their great deals but never was I pleased. In a day or two the carpet was back to square one. I was fortuanate to find Tim's service and now for well over 10 years used them. Not only is it remarkably magnificient but they leave your home smelling lemonie clean!!!!! Its as if you had a cleaning service come in. He gives each room a theral cleaning and won't leave until each spot is just SPOTLESS!!!! You will be beyond satisfied, and DARE I MENTION AFFORDABLE. I will never rely on any other company to ever measure up to Tidewater Carpet & Upholstry Cleaning if in doubt give Mr. Tim Saunders a call 757-380-8820 you will not be disapointed!!!???

Service provider charge me $50 to come out to my home to bring out some samples of carpet to install. He didn't write up the correct sample for the carpet that I wanted. When they brought the carpet out to install I realized that it wasn't the one I had intended to order. When I called the owner he said he couldn't fix the problem until Monday. I had everything moved to the side to have the carpet laid down. He was unwilling to fix the mistake that he made in a time that was convenient for me. He was unwilling to listen to anything that I had to say in regards to the mix up. He just kept insisting that the carpet I ordered was the carpet I was going to get. Completely inflexible in regards to working with his customers.

I got a good deal. They had a professional staff. They were courteous and friendly. They were very economical. The quality of work was excellent. He saw that a couple of my kitchen dinette chairs were dirty and he did those for free.

They are very timely. They have a great price. They work well with your schedule.
