Thai Maid No 1

Sunny and here husband James were a welcome part of my home for over 10 years. The services were professional and thorough, well priced and there was so much respect and care displayed during their work. I am so grateful for this company and the wonderful family that owns it. We moved to Hampton and out of their service are, but not a day goes by that I don’t think about the amazing work they did.

Cordial, punctual and thorough.    Sunny and her crew are very careful and respectful of property.   She is diligent about securing the premises when they leave.  Communicate mostly through text messaging.  They use green cleaning products, which I like.
Their cleaning standards are excellent.

The owner of Thai Maid No. 1 is a delightful lady, Sunny.  She and her team are, professional, meticulous, and very careful.  Sunny is here every time and makes sure everything is cleaned thoroughly. They are always on time, and the three members of the team work diligently while they are here.  Not a minute wasted. I especially like having the business owner and the same team here every time, so I know who is in my house if I'm not home.
Sunny brings all supplies and cleaning tools, so I don't have to keep a supply on hand.  My house is fresh and sparkly when she and her team leave.

First service was fine. They did nice job but forgot to clean few spots and broke one of my frame during cleaning. The guy from cleaning crew denies he broke the frame but yes he did!!! I called them right away and told them "you missed few spot" they came out same week and cleaned missed spot. I only wanted one time service, but they told me it's better for me to keep getting service every two weeks in order to keep the house clean. After two weeks they came out to clean, I told them I do not want entire house clean this time and I wanted to clean few rooms. They did very disapointed job on second time since I didn't want them to clean entire house. They left early during clean. I called them and asked them why you guys leave so early. They lady told me they have another schedule. I don't want to hire them again to clean my house.

The owner of the company, Sunny is incredibly responsible and professional. On her initial visit when she came to assess the space she came prepared with her insurance binder so I could see that she was fully bonded. We have been using Thai Maid#1 since August 2012 after being very disappointed with another service listed on Angie's List. I could not ask for more. They leave the house spotless and are very careful with all of the contents in the house. If you are looking for a cleaning service that does not need to be watched or continuously reminded of missed spots you should definitely contact Thai Maid #1. Also very flexible on schedule.

After a few cleanings, Sunny reduced the price.

They do a very good job. They are very thorough. 

Initial visit was on my schedule and very professional.Thai has been to the house twice and  have scheduled monthly visits.

Invited her to give us an estimate. she walked through our home looking carefully at every room, especially, knick-knacks, baseboars, etc. She explained that she uses 5th generation products and provides all supplies. A few days later she started with a very detailed "spring-type" cleaning. She now visits every two weeks - often leaving us a small gift (asian fruit or loaf cake). She is very thorough and if we are home, is very careful to minimize any disruption, After two cleanings, she reduced the price since she was able to clean in less time than she had estimated.
