Mr. Sprinkle worked on several of my cars and trucks thru the years.  They have always performed quality work, accurate diagnosis, and at a reasonable price.  

They are super. They will give you a price on your car and I think they are very reasonable. We had a new car and we took it over to the dealership to have a recall done on it and they said we've got a leak there and so and so. Then we took it over to Sprinkle and Williams and they said that leak is so tiny that they would just keep an eye on it. It isn't anything noticeable. It was several hundred dollars from the dealer. So we were glad that we took it in and we are keeping an eye on it. We've found the right people and they are close to us, which was even better! The price was excellent and they did a great job. They will call you before they do the work and they are very timely about when you drop your car off and getting back to you with what they've found. Their punctuality is great. They will tell you when the work is done and they usually are early.

They tell you what they are capable of doing. If they can't do something, they tell you about it. What they do, they do well. There are just two guys. They are easy to deal with. Their prices are good. They get the work done the first time. I would use them in the future.

We've used them for years. My grand mother has used them. I had taken a van that I was having a problem with and he called me and told me how much it would be to fix it. It was a little more than what I wanted to put in because the van was getting old and it had miles on it. So he told me it's better if I sell the van and I did that. He has told me things that could wait or if he can't do it, he would tell me that he does not have the equipment to do that. He explains the problem. He recommends people who are in the area and we have used them and they did a nice job. They are really honest. I don't think many car people would tell you stuff like that. That has been my experience. They are excellent. There are two men and they are getting a little older. I keep thinking what I am going to do if they retire. I would use their services again in the future.
