I thought the actual technicians that came to the house to perform treatments were good but the office staff was marginal. It was impossible to get an appointment when I needed one, and the people on the phone were typically rude. I didn't get the impression they really cared. I barely used their services and everytime I needed to use them, they were typicaaly not really available. They never seemed to have an appointment when I needed one and the technicians only came to my area at specified times and days.

It took several treatments for the fleas due to miscommunication with the company on when we'd be home, if the pets were allowed to be there and if it were inside/outside, or just one of the treatments as they are typically scheduled separately. The issue was resolved and we were able to rid our house of the pests.

We bought the service do to family visiting from out of town and wanted to enjoy the evening on the deck. When I contacted Southern Pest Control, they were unable to provided the service when I needed nor anytime in July. So when I was able to schedule a date it was not until September, way after the service was desired. The scheduler did explain they were very busy this season which made me wonder why offer a service you may not be able to provide in a timely manor? The specialist was on time and courteous. He asked why we were receiving a Mosquito treatment so late in the season and I let him know why. He did explain how business had been good and he has been booked out for weeks. He did let us know, since we were next to a Forrested area, we could still see pests and we understood that. The treatment has work to the best of out knowledge.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out great. They were professional, and responsive. I purchased a 2 year agreement with them. With that agreement, I can call them up anytime to do a treatment, for example a mosquito control, or wasp control, or things like that.

The gentleman showed up right on time and went to work spraying the backyard for mosquitoes. We have been very happy with the results. Before the spraying, we could not walk in the backyard without being eaten up by mosquitoes. It is so nice to be able to enjoy being in the yard again.
