It went very well. They did a good job. There were some spots that did not get covered properly, that they are aware of. They informed me in order to correct it, they would have to refinish the entire area. I never followed up because it was too much of a hassle. This company has done flooring for many of my family members, everyone is pretty pleased overall.

They arrived when they said they would, helped me choose a stain that I liked, and kept in contact along the way. The floors look great and will be durable as well. I will have them back soon for additional projects.

I called them in for an estimate. They came, gave me a written estimate of price, time involved, work that was to be done, and how they would match the new floor to the old. It was an involved process because the original floor was oak boards that were installed, then sanded and painted with three coats of finish. The workers were fast, on time, and efficient. It looks great. I had to call them back once to fix a small imperfection which was a piece of the sanding paper broke off and was embedded in the paint. It looked like a small nail to me. He came right out, and fixed it. The and quot;came right outand quot; part is the part I like.

Our experience with this company was excellent. They let us know exactly what to expect. Troy and Dan were always on time, professional and did an excellent job. Great customer service.

Exceptional work!

It took about one week to get someone out to look at the floors and then the company mailed me the estimate. Very reasonable prices. Arrived 0800 or a couple minutes before for 3 straight days, right on time. Courteous and professional, no real complaints. The floors were in pretty bad shape before, now they are the nicest in the house.

They did good work and they were professional. They were easy to work with.

First of all, the company kept every promise they made. They told us exactly what they were going to do and then proceeded to perform on schedule. The price quoted prior to the job was what we paid. They did a highly professional job, with a minimum of mess and very little dust. They cleaned up their work area and did not leave any shavings or materials behind.

They came when they said they would, did quality work, and captured most of the sawdust. Minimal dust was left. They moved our furniture for us which was helpful and they were very professional. We would definitely recommend them.

One of the main reasons I bought this house was because of the hardwood floors. I wanted them refinished before I even moved in. The job done by Smith was extremely poor. There are areas where they sanded down too deeply, and the stain used has several different shades all over the house. Considering they were one of the higher price quotes I received, this turned out to be a big disappointment.

I wouldn't use anyone else because their work is the best. They did a great job on the kitchen floor. Smith Brothers has a good reputation and has been in business for along time.

They provided excellent service and installation on our new hardwood flooring. The hardwood floor is of great quality and color. The sales experience of the sales people was very helpful with selection choices. The price was also very reasonable.

They were such excellent workers and I couldn t believe how beautiful the hardwood floor looked when they were all finished. The lines were straight and the corners were tight. They were very skilled and so friendly. They worked hard and cleaned up when they were done.

We have used this company several times and we are satisfied with the service. Our floors are refinished very nicely and they look great. The service is very professional and the workers are friendly and neat about their work.
