He didn't check anything...no gauges, he didn't even check the main breaker in my house...he didn't even get his hands dirty,.. I called the office back and told them that my main AC breaker in my garage was in the off position.... I went in my garage and turned the breaker on..... I will never use them again... and take my advice run
