She was everything we could have asked for in a real estate agent. She guided us through the purchase of a short sale, which can be a long, confusing, and stressful process. Prior to that, she showed us numerous properties all over the area, some of which she found and some of which we picked out. During the purchase process, she was in constant communication with us, keeping us up to date on the minute details of what was going on (since were interested in how things worked). She kept us up to date by phone, text, and email at all hours of the day during crunch time. Without complaint, she came out to see the house we were purchasing at least a half dozen times either so that we could get inspectors and contractors to look at it or just because we wanted one last look before we signed on the dotted line. She really listened to our requests and made suggestions reflective of them. That doesn't sound like much, but after waiting around for 3 months as the short sale process went forward, it was nice to have a real estate agent who had really listened and knew us so that she could keep us steady when we were getting ready to jump ship and start looking for a new house to buy. She went above and beyond would be recommended by us to anybody.
