They messed up the water line to my washer when they took out the dryer to work on it. They charged me $125 and I told them they needed to refund me due to the problems. They did refund me and I did hire them again. The next time I hired them they messed up the water tray under the washer and they tried to duct tape it. I told them to replace the tray. I will not hire them again.

From the initial phone call to request information, to receiving an estimate, to the technicians arriving promptly (exactly on time), the work performed with careful attention to not scratch my hardwood floors, to getting the job done and testing the results to ensure a job properly executed, to the final bill which matched the estimate...everything went perfectly.

I had called every single air duct / dryer duct cleaning company in the Hampton Roads area! This company was head and shoulders above every other company -- in price and in quality of sersvice and professionalism of their staff. Beware of some companies which charge by the hour - you want to select a company that charges by the job, not by how long it takes someone to perform the tasks.

They came ahead of schedule. I was taking a child to school. They waited outside until the appropriate time. Everything was explained as to what was going to happen. The men gave me a choice of two different vaccuums that could be used and the pros and cons of each. It took about five hours or so. It was professionally done. I only have two small complaints. They overlooked a couple small screws in the clean-up process, screws that had been used for the vents on the floors and ceilings. The other is that this costs a lot of money, but the ones that were cheaper seemed a bit sketchy.
