Hardwood Flooring Service
We were comfortable having S & K in our home. They did an okay job on the installation and cleaning up everything when they were done. We had a little problem with them not finishing the entire job. They didn t put the bottom frame on the sliding door. That was why I gave them a lower grade.

"IF WE WERE NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM, WE WOULD HAVE REMEDIED IT RIGHT AWAY. WE OBTAIN FINAL PAYMENT UP TO THREE DAYS AFTER THE JOB IS COMPLETED AND AT THAT TIME ALL PROBLEMS WOULD BE ADDRESSED WITH THE CUSTOMER FACE TO FACE. IN THIS CASE I'M NOT SURE THE DETAILS BUT THERE IS A ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON INSTALLATION, WHICH INCLUDES ANYTHING THAT WAS NOT COMPLETE AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US IF THERE IS ANYTHING WE CAN DO FOR YOU IN THE FUTURE. WE ARE DEEPLY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO CONTACT US ABOUT THIS INSTALLATION IF YOU WOULD. I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT NOT NECESSARILY IN THIS CASE, BUT IN OTHER CASES WE HAVE BEEN CONFUSED WITH A MUCH LARGER COMPANY S&K. THEIR REPUTATION HAS BEEN MANY TIMES CONFUSED WITH OUR OWN.
