Rico's Remodeling and Building

The project went very well. There some hiccups as always with a project like this, especially in an old house. But they were always resolved promptly and fairly. Sandy Rico is very committed to his work and essentially became a member of our family during the project.

The estimate was explained down to the last detail. It was also the lowest of three bids. The job was started on the day promised and finished in 45 days. Sandy Rico was on the job every day. He supervises but also works. He uses a combination of employees and subcontractors. He was very knowledgeable and experienced and suggested changes that would save money but not sacrifice quality. He was very pleasant to work with and did not try to nickel and dime us. He also has a book of pics to show his work We are very happy with the quality and workmanship of the final product. We would hire again without hesitation.

He and the kitchen design company worked well together.  He brought in other contractors for electrical, painting, and other things which went well.  He is extremely busy, so as time went on it was taking a little longer.  He is friendly and personable, and I would use him again.
