He made an initial trip and fixed the values. Then, on his second visit (after ordering a part) he discovered underneath the bathtub faucet the rest of the plumbing was also contributing to the leaking. He special ordered those parts and finished the job on the third visit and did the A/C service as well with the weather being warm enough finally. Super people.

I have used this plumber for many years. He is always reliable, punctual and thorough. He serviced the oil burner in December. He has replaced and serviced air conditioning units. The house has two-zone a/c.
My house has old metal pipes which occasionally are clogged. This plumber has snaked the drain, also repaired fixtures in bathrooms. He has also installed new fixtures in my kitchen.
In fact any plumbing/heating/air conditioning need I have had has been taken care of by Rex's.

They were very flexible on meeting our time needs and were able to complete the tasks at a reasonable price. My parents have been using Rex Plumbing for awhile, and after seeing them in action, I would recommend them as trustworthy and reliable when it comes to plumbing needs.

Overall, the quality of the job was very good. Previously the repairman had made an appointment but did not come on the day that he was scheduled to come. Later on during the day that he failed to show up, he did call to apologize and reschedule. You did show up on the the of the second appointment but he was late. The job was done very well and he even took pictures upon my requests of the job.

The came out, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg...end of story. I was satisfied.

I use him regularly and he has been good to me. I have also used him to service my air conditioner unit and other plumbing problems. He is easy to contact and he does a fantastic job. He is the best as I even have him on my speed dial. He comes on time and is very friendly. He does what ever I need and something always seems to have to be done every year. I am very happy with Rex.
