Quality Chem-Dry of Virginia

Made an appointment for the carpet cleaning of my two story town home in Yorktown.  The representative showed up about 10 min early which was great.  He came in and quickly got to work with an industrial vacuum for the floors followed by a back pack unit for crevices and window sills.  I was really impressed with the level of service from the vacuuming alone, that took roughly 45 minutes.  I should mention that I barely moved any furniture so he moved it as he went along.  The chem dry application went rather quickly and he was sure to get the stains out.  In the end, my carpet looks great and the price was great too.  Will definitely be using him again in the future.

This guy is so nice, courteous, and professional. I did a lot of work to move furniture out of the way and he did even more to help, to my surprise. Also to my surprise was how much he vacuumed, including cobwebs on the ceiling! It's my second time using this service. Just love the depth of clean and how fast it dries. Had some bad pet stains and water damage that I wasn't sure if would come clean. Couldn't be happier with the outcome. Everything looks like new again! I thought the price was very fair too. You can feel good about hirin this company.

The price was probably what anybody else would have charged. It wasn’t inexpensive, but on the other hand, I have had service done by them once for a cheaper price and it wasn’t good. So I felt that the price was probably fair. Their responsiveness was good. They seemed to know what they were doing. I didn’t have any problems with them. If need be, then I would call them again.

Well done, for only about $360. Stanley Steemer charged more than twice as much and I think that was the wet-steam clean dry, which we were told to avoid by the people who installed the carpet. I was very, very please with the price.

I feel that he is the best in his field. I would not trust anyone except for him to do my carpets anymore. I was very impressed as our carpets dried in less than a 1/2-hour. He did exactly what I wanted him to do and I thought that he went the extra mile

We were quite happy with the way they cleaned our carpets. They chemically cleaned the carpet so they didn t leave the floors all wet. That was the reason why we chose this company. The chemical clean worked great on the carpets and they were quick and efficient. That was the second time we have used them and we were happy both times. I felt they also had reasonable pricing.
