Professional Termite Moisture

All went very well. Phillip was the technician doing the work. He was pleasant and professional. He not only inspected and treated as necessary, but also educated me regarding what he was doing. I couldn't have been more pleased.

What a positive experience! The inspector checked our home for termite/moisture damage, both inside and out, demonstrating professionalism at all times. I pointed out two different areas suspected of moisture exposure, and he took time to address them both, explaining possible causes and solutions, and in terms I could understand. He checked the outside of the house, did a visual roof inspection, and checked underneath the crawl space before presenting his findings. He kept things moving forward, and was even friendly to my dog. I would definitely recommend Professional Termite and Moisture Control to others.

I believe the project should have been $500 cheaper than it was. They were here for a day and a half, about 15 hours of work. The guy who came out and looked at everything was different than the guys who came out and did the work. The quality of the work they did was good, I just felt the price was a bit high.

They were very kind, but they were not on target about what the problem was. In their defense, it took three different people to find the problem. They came immediately after I called them. They charged us a small amount, if they charged us anything at all. I like that they were courteous and were interested in finding our problem.

The experience was very good, the gentleman that came was friendly and professional. He took care of the flying ants problem and while here he did our anual inspection. He also found ants on the side of the house and took care of them. Told me if I have any more problems call them. I deffinite will.

We are pleased with their service. They used an excellent product to kill pest. The men were always respectful and polite. We have been using this company for 20 years. They came once a year. I would rather not say how much they charged for this service.

I really trusted their judgment because in the past they have had to actually treat my home for termites (which was why they did such a thorough inspection of my home). I have been using this company for 5 or 6 years now and they have always done a great job for me.
