Precision Carpet Cleaning

I would warn everyone to stay away from this company. I do not know what quality they do when they show up, but can assure you the customer service is terrible. First, the website says they have a Newport News location, but when you call they are in Virginia Beach. Second, they do not respond to requests for free quotes, the person who answered the phone told me it was "set-up" wrong, so they do not receive the requests. I set an appointment because they were running an unbeatable price special ($69.99 for Four Rooms and a Hallway, plus only $20 for the stairs). I just needed a simple carpet cleaning for my new house. The first appointment I set was cancelled because the technician was having a problem with the cleaning mechanism; they rescheduled for the next day but only gave me two time slot options. I selected the morning option and had to take time off work to make it at 10:00AM. When they still had not arrived at 10:55, I called them; they said they were "running behind" and rescheduled me for 5:00PM. At 5:35 or so, I called them because no one had showed up; the gentleman on the line said the technician should be on his way, but he would call him and call me right back. He never called back, nor did he answer the phone the rest of the night. I finally called again after 7:00PM when they still had not arrived and requested they call me back in the morning which unsurprisingly they never did. To this day I have not heard from them (over a month later).
