 + -1 moreStephanie was ready for me when I arrived and we had a great workout. The website is easy to navigate for scheduling and I loved the clean studio. It is the highlight of my day. And I don't like working out. Pilates Etc. is the only place for me now.
Description of Work: Have been rehabbing from a knee surgery and my doctor told me to try Pilates for helping the stability of the surrounding muscles in my leg. The appointment was easily made for consultation and the studio was clean and neat. Stephanie worked with me and knew my muscle groups and was very knowledgeable about the work needed to be done to help with my specific issue.
