"I'm sorry that you were not satisfied with the service that we performed. Had you called back and told me and given me the chance to make it right I would have acted accordingly. So, let me get this right... I removed your dining room pendant light, replaced it with a recess can light, added 4 more recess can lights in your kitchen, put them all on a dimming switch, everything working perfectly and you give me a poor review. I had to make a 6 inch access hole in one location like we discussed before I started. I replaced the drywall and plastered around the patch to keep a good seal. There was one spot in the kitchen where I made a perfect 6 inch circle to install the light. There was an HVAC duct inches above the ceiling which the stud finder I was using couldn't detect. So I had to make another hole and install the light a few inches from the hole I couldn't use. I have to say this... had you allowed me to purchase the material, I would have used "Ultra-thin" lights and we wouldn't have had that problem to begin with... but the customer is always right so we went with what you bought. I replaced the drywall in the hole that I couldn't use and sealed around it nicely. You said you would get it painted and for whatever reason you did not do that. Now you want to hold me responsible for getting it painted. Well, I am an electrician not a painter. I went above and beyond replacing the drywall myself just so you didn't have holes in your ceiling until a drywall guy came to fix it. Now all of the lights work fine, and you felt like because where I patched the ceiling hasn't been painted, it was was a fair to give me an F rating. Well I have learned that some people just can't be pleased and want something for nothing. You say that my price was too high. Name another master electrician with his own company that'll do everything I did for you for that price. I hope people can see through your unfair grade and malicious assessment of my company. I've treated you with the utmost respect. I cut you a break on the cost for this service and you give me the lowest rating because you want me to paint two 6 inch pieces of drywall on your ceiling that you said you would take care of. I'm not a painter. I'm an electrician. The electrical works perfectly. I designed and installed everything symmetrically and safely. I put plastic all over your countertop and cleaned up after myself. I wore a mask and gloves the entire time and since I completed that project you haven't tried to contact me to express any discontent in my work but you choose to rate me an F on this platform. When I called you about the poor review to see what this was about, you said it was because of the paint. My question to you is if you expected me to take care of the paint why haven't you tried to contact me since that project which was done last fall? And you say you wouldn't use my company again but this is the second project you used me for because the first time I did work for you... you were pleased. So I felt like at least one of us should tell the whole story about what happened."
