I got an Estimate and a few days later called them to do the job. I was told that they might be able to do it later that day....but nope and no call to let me know what happened. Same song for the following day. Then the next....finally almost a week later they sent 2 guys to install the Roof Fan., one older guy and one huge heavy (fat) guy (looked to be 300lbs). I was shocked to see him on my roof after I went up to see how the work was progressing. I actually had to tell them to make the hole larger for the fan as the one that was there was quite small. I also had to actually request a receipt for the work that was done after I paid them.

They came out and gave me a good estimate and they patched my roof. They were very helpful and we got the job done quick. They were very prompt.
