All the work was completed in 4 days with the last day a walk around to verify everything was done and was satisfactory.  David Nemo (owner) made sure we felt the job was done to our requirments.  The painting of the light post and mailbox with flat black was Included. David had some suggestions on how to stop carpenter bees from making their home in the facia board under the overhang.
CONS:  The carpenter initially did not have the attention to detail I preferred for excellent work.  Some of his repairs needed adjustments, but were addressed by the job supervisor.
OVERALL: I would have Nemo's Custom Painting return yearly for a cleanup and inspection of the house.

Painter came out and reviewed the job, discussed options and procedures to be used. David pointed out a few things I could do to remove fragile items prior to painting. Quickly responded with a very competitive quote via e-mail. We reviewed the estimate via phone with the painter. 2 other estimates were rejected. Set a date for the following week. David took care to match all colors etc. Two painters showed up with all equipment ready to go. All areas were protected with tarps. Crew was careful to observe and protect hardwood floors etc.
Once completed, the David walked me through the job to review the areas and rooms painted to make sure I was satisfied with the work. After that, they began cleaning up, sweeping, etc to remove any sanding residue etc. Very well done.
