I had them do my annual termite inspection. The technician came when I wasn't home which wasn't a big deal but I could tell (because of his tracks in the snow outside) that my home didn't get a close look. The prints were in the middle of my backyard. I also don't like the idea that you give defaulted permission for your annual inspection if you don't call them. When I was home for my previous inspection, I felt that the inspection was more thorough.
