I called the day before I needed moving services and they came through and moved me and they all had a Very Positive and very kind attitude and handled my things with care they definitely have a Customer for Life!

Wayne Edwards and his crew really came through for us! We had heavy kitchen appliances that needed to get from our garage and up one flight. It was quickly uncovered that two pieces were too big to fit the width of the staircase. We tracked down a company that rents lift equipment and Wayne and his team picked it up for us - operated the equipment, and safely got the appliances in the house one story up and thru deck doors! PROBLEM SOLVERS! We highly recommend them and are so appreciative that they hung in with us, worked well beyond what was initially thought and got the job done. They are wonderful.

Very professional and polite. The crew on both sides of my move made is as easy as possible, despite how stressful moving can be. My belongings were handled with care. Great job.

The guys were nice enough. Some worked harder than others. They moved our stuff okay. Only broke a couple of items. Damaged the stairs in the house we were moving out of, so I had to repair that. Did not try to get some big items up a tight stairwell. But the biggest complaint I have is, the cost estimate was way under the final bill. I think the guy deliberately underbids the job in order to get the work, then adds on all these extra costs.

Very professional. Worked fast. Did everything we asked and then some. They wanted to make sure all our needs were addressed. Seemed very experienced. Moving is very stressful. Monarch took much of that stress away for us. Price was very reasonable.

POOR COMMUNICATION SMOKED ON THE JOB REPEATEDLY GOT LOST OVER CHARGED FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE WAS ONE HOUR LATE WAS ON THEIR PHONE MOST OF THE TIME

They were amazing. The owner called me two days before I was scheduled and told me it was supposed to rain all week. He delivered boxes for the crew that night after business hours. Crew came in the next day at 730 and Packed up everything safely and securely and had it at my new address by early afternoon. The addresses were 50 mile apart and I had a fully furnished apartment that was up two flights of stairs!

Wonderful experience!! Wayne was fabulous to work with and so were his guys! He moved me twice and I would recommend Monarch Movers to anyone moving.

This was a different moving experience from all the others. The office staff was on top of their game. They called me on the morning of my move and told me they had 2 guys out sick with temperatures and they were going to be delayed because they needed other guys to come in to replace them. Any other time I would have been seriously annoyed. But not this time. This act of professionalism and concern really stood out to me during this crazy time of a pandemic. When they arrived they did an excellent job and didn't Nickle and Dime me for every little thing. Great Experience!!!!

Responsive, flexible, and a good value

Wayne has been a complete disappointment and has not conducted business the way he promised he would. I believed that he was an outstanding businessman and I appreciated him helping me out with an emergency move after being stood up by two other moving companies. His employees had very pleasant personalities but they did not wrap any of the furniture they moved and ended up damaging our leather couch and wooden dining table. He has not held his employees accountable for the damage to the furniture they moved and I am still finding out about hidden fees I am being charged from a move on the 20th of June. I was told that I would be charged $175/hr period while scheduling the move. I found out about the 1 hr travel pay once it was time to sign the invoice. Was charged for the time that his employees spent trying to fix our sleeper sofa because they did not know how to carry it in the correct way. I was also charged an additional $100 **deposit **that I was told was supposed to be a hold.

Arrived on time; worked quickly and carefully. The administrator did not follow instructions; 3 workers promised but only 2 showed up; the fee was more than promised and workers did not complete the job.

Excellent from the first telephone call to the last item being moved. The movers were very professional, polite and friendly. They handled our items with care. We would definitley use them again.

More expensive than other companies but Monarch Movers personnel was very professional, reliable and friendly
