It went Great! Could not find a way to reboot the mini laptop computer after a frozen application totally locked it up. He knew immediately what to do, told me to try it and instantly I had my computer up and running again! I fully expected to pay for his services, but he charged me nothing. Who knew there were still people in the world that do such good things? In order to provide some background, I have used Microhelp many times over the last five or more years with absolutely great results. I have referred many friends and neighbors and family members there. Good people, great results! It doesn't get any better than that

I was pretty happy with them and I was impressed that they were quite honest with me. They explained what was wrong with the computer and what needed to be done. They didn t try to take advantage of me and they finished the repair in a timely manner. They knew what they were doing.
