Grace is a truly genuine service oriented person. She patiently answered all our questions... weekends, weeknights, even when she was out of town. Her extra efforts definitely put her ahead of the crowd. And, her positive attitude helped us through some big disappointments. We feel like we made a friend, along with a mortgage! She accepts all sorts of people for who they are, and helps them achieve their dreams. I couldn't give a higher recommendation.
