I had already paid him what he said the fee would be and didn't think it was right for him to walk out on a job before it was done and on top of that ask for more money to do what he'd already been paid to do. Crazy! My minister came by one day and finished it. I mean really how hard could it have been??
Description of Work: I hired him to install a Baldwin Mortis lock. I even had Mark speak directly to the Baldwin company himself to make sure he was ordering the right lock. When the lock came in it was the wrong lock so they reordered. When that one came in he installed it but it needed an additional adjustment that would have taken longer to do and instead of completing it he just left. I eventually called him and asked when he was going to finish. He said I'd have to pay him more to come back again because he'd already been there twice. I reminded him that I'd paid him to do a job from his estimate and did so. I also added I wasn't paying him for the number of trips. That was not my problem..
