"Good evening...We spoke yesterday on the phone. We are in a serious state dealing with COVID 19. A lot of material that is needed are not available. You said you saw it at the home maintenance store... As discussed if you can, by all means, find what you are looking for at another store..you can purchase it and I can install it for you. Please have patience. I will do the job for you. I have not sent you over an estimated contract to sign. There are stages that we need to go through to begin the job. Once you have the material I will send you over the estimate to install it. Thanks."
