I purchased the service through emove.com a company from Uhaul, and paid upfront the service. Emove schduled Lee's Helping Hands to do the actual moving of my household goods. When Lee's Helping Hands failed to keep either appointment to conduct the services, Emove.com refunded me my money and scheduled me a new company to do the move. I am still out three addtional weeks of rent, since I can only move on the weekends.
Description of Work: I purchased the moving services of Lee’s Helping Hands from Richmond, VA phone:(804) 687-2503/yaz6603@yahoo.com. He cost me 3 weeks of additional rent for my house which was 1050.00. I don’t recommend this mover to anyone with a timeline, he is unreliable and a fair weather worker only. We had the first date setup for 30 Jan 2010, which he cancelled due to snow. I setup a new date of 6 Feb2010, where I called him 3 times on the 3rd, the 5th and the morning of the move the 6th in which he guaranteed me he would be there. Lee failed to show and didn’t answer his phone anymore to answer for his absence. I have now setup a new date to move with a new moving company.
