+ -1 moreMr Criner came out and gave us an aproximate estimate with a written one to be emailed in 2 days. The price was fair and reasonable. Mr Criner and his helper came out and removed all the skirting boards dealing with the carpenter bees as they went. They then replaced the wooden skirt boards with composite ones. All the humming, yes I said humming, skirting board remnants were hauled away the screens were reinstalled and replaced and the job was cleaned up spotlessly. We had a bit of bad weather in the middle of our job, but the next day they were back to finish what was suppose to be a 2 day job. I recommend LC Handyman for a great job at a very reasonable price. We could not be more pleased
